NEOS 2011 catalogue pick up points

The NEOS 2011 catalogues (24,000 of them) are here! it's time to pick them up from the pick up points - CLOSEST TO YOUR VENUE LISTING.
We have distributed catalogues to the following locations:

Please let the pick up point know when you are coming, as NOT ALL ARE OPEN 24/7 ! we would hate for you to waste a journey. We have compiled a helpful XLS spreadsheet with contacts / opening times etc so please use it. (if you don't have excel, please open the file via : https://sheet.zoho.com/excelviewer)

There is ONE BOX allocated to every NEOS 2011 entry. If you need more - please contact us.

Places to consider distributing to...

Now you have your 2011 NEOS catalogues, you are responsible for distributing your allocation, send them to your buyers, get them into local shops, B&Bs, hotels, tourist information shops etc. It is also a brilliant time to "educate" people about what NEOS is, there are still a lot of people that don't know what NEOS is, so please do spread the word! (send them to the website for further information!)

We are also distributing catalogues as best we can around the north east of Scotland e.g. libraries, art galleries, hotels, shops, tourist info spots, local businesses etc - if you know of places that would benefit from having catalogues, please do let us know - and if you can help us distribute (drive / deliver), we'd very much appreciate it!

Please remember that the catalogue is a YEAR ROUND directory - so NEVER bin catalogues if you have any left after the NEOS week (September 10-18th 2011).

Making the most of your open studios

Over the last few years, we've created a document full of tips and ideas to help you get the most out of your open studios event. We'll also be looking for any great stories or news during the NEOS week, so if you've got one, please send us your stories, we'll be putting them on the NEOS blog.

Five Weeks to go!

There are 5 weeks to go until NEOS 2011 starts (September 10th) - plenty of time to distribute catalogues, raise awareness, get some press, prepare your studios / venues... lets make 2011 a memorable year, have fun! Keep checking the website for news... or follow us on twitter or facebook
