Hello <<First Name>>!

The days might be long and hot, but no problem, we've got a jam-packed datebook with lots of fun kid-friendly things to do. The only thing you'll need to think about is stopping for nap time!

Welcome to Our Sponsor: Secret City Festival 2010

Beat the heat with lots of shady trees, water fun and not one, but three play areas for kids at Oak Ridge's Secret City Festival this Friday June 18th and Saturday June 19th. The fantastic kids zone has been split into three areas for kids of all ages - Youth, Children and Toddlers. And this year they've added a brand new water slide and zip line for the youth aged kids.

Regular vendors, exhibits and yummy festival food as well as last year's popular activities are making a comeback:
The Ponderosa Petting Zoo, pony and wagon rides, Water Wars, inflatables, climbing wall, two Euro-Bungies, jousting sessions, bouncy boxing, the obstacle course and Laser Tag. Plus a karaoke machine and dance floor, Michael Messing’s magic and illusions, the Mountain Marionettes, and National Fitness Kids in Motion.  And make-and-takes in the arts and crafts area are a must too.

On Saturday, participate in a Home Depot Kids Workshop and have photos taken with Sparky, courtesy of the Fire and Police Departments.

Last year, we loved the Toddler Area with the hay bale maze, a Sand Treasure Pit, and a couple of inflatables that are just the right size for toddlers including the Spiderman Bounce House and the Dalmatian inflatable. All activities are free except the pony rides (they're $4 per ride).

For a full schedule of children’s activities and events, sponsored by KnoxMoms.com and Event Rentals by Rothchild, be sure to visit www.SecretCityFestival.com or call the information line at (865) 425-3610.
