Season's Greetings from RDS

Dear Friends of RDS,

As we reach the close of 2011, there is so much progress to celebrate!  Most notably, in this issue of the Research Down Syndrome newsletter, we are pleased to provide details on the encouraging news that Roche Pharmaceuticals has announced a clinical trial to evaluate a compound designed to address the cognitive issues associated with Down syndrome. What an extraordinary indication of the progress in Down syndrome cognitive research.
The newsletter also includes information on the RDS 2011-2012 Research Grant Awards.
Please consider making your year-end, tax-deductible gift today. Your gracious support will help us to continue funding this vital research to improve memory, learning and communication in persons with Down syndrome.
All of us at Research Down Syndrome are grateful for your support. We appreciate your continuing involvement and look forward to hearing from you as, together, we work to:

EMPOWER THE EXTRAORDINARY

Our best wishes for a wonderful holiday season,
