Our keynote speaker this year is Sam Morgannam, author of Eat Good Food and founder of the Bi-Rite groceries in San Francisco. His passion is for buiding communities through food, and he can speak to the next steps of local sourcing: taking grocery retailing to a new level.
Our workshops this year are being finalized - if you have a success story to share regarding local sourcing (especially if you are willing to share some hard numbers as examples), and/or if you produce locally-sourced, sustainably raised pantry items, we'd like to hear from you to help fill out our panels.
