As an industry leader, your participation at The Cable Show makes a powerful, positive statement about the importance of the industry’s annual convention. As such, we are honored to extend to you our Special Attention VIP Registration option for The Cable Show 2012, which takes place May 21-23, 2012 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. You will soon receive a registration packet in the mail. I am sending this email to provide another option for you to easily register for the show and book your hotel reservations at one of our select properties. Clicking the link below provides you the opportunity to choose from our select hotel accommodations for the show. Please know this offer is for you only and is not transferable. The list of select hotels is available once you proceed to the housing section of the online registration system. The system will also allow you to choose any of the other hotels at which we have blocked rooms. To complete your online registration, you must pay by credit card. While we have sent the direct link to our registration system below, you may also register online by going to www.thecableshow.com/sa-two. Please follow the instructions on the page. You will need to log in using your personalized priority code, which is *|PCODE|*. You will then be asked to review your contact information and to create your own password. Another option is to complete the paper registration form you received in the mail. If you are paying by credit card, please fax your form to 202-222-2334. Otherwise, please mail your form and check payment to the address on the form. Please only use ONE of these three options to register: 1) online; 2) mail or 3) fax. Because we’re doing a full registration launch in October, we can hold this select block of hotels only for a short time, so please register by Friday, December 9, 2011, if you wish to take advantage of this early window. If you do not wish to register for The Cable Show 2012 or make your hotel reservations at this time, please indicate so in the space provided and return the form to us. We will be working closely with the Convention Committee to present a show that conveys the full range of excitement and innovation surrounding today’s cable industry and its unique ability to empower and delight customers with entertainment, communications and media choices. Through exhibits, educational sessions, special demonstrations and exclusive networking events, The Cable Show is uniquely positioned to tell a positive story about cable’s economic, social and policy contributions.
